We are looking for an Affiliate Sales Manager to expand our project portfolio and implement an affiliate program. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the sales plan, training partners, and participating in the development of a corporate sales strategy. Job responsibilities:

  • Implementation of the sales plan;
  • Building a structure for working with partners;
  • Organization and management of partner sales;
  • Participation in the development of a strategy for the development of corporate sales and promotion of the Russian brand RDW COMPUTERS. Formation, optimization and expansion of a portfolio of projects/supplies/services;
  • Launching and implementing an affiliate program with partners on a dedicated list, attracting new ones;
  • Training of partners, informing about changes in the product line;
  • Regular communication with a partner, tracking the dynamics of the funnel, the status of large transactions;
  • Formation of goals and an action plan for their achievement together with a partner, monitoring of implementation;
  • Participation in events, representation of the Company's interests, meetings with Customers together with a partner;
  • Interaction with related departments in order to increase efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Successful proven sales experience of IT projects and/or equipment for at least 3 years (in a vendor, system integrator or distributor);
  • Effective experience in attracting and developing corporate customers;
  • Knowledge of the IT market, computer hardware and IT solutions;
  • Experience in working with auction documentation under Federal Laws 44 and 223 is desirable;
  • The ability to negotiate at the highest level. Convincing communication, the ability to defend your position in a reasoned manner;
  • Activity, independence, analytical thinking, structuring, organization.
