RDW Computers at the All-Russian forum-exhibition "GOSZAKAZ".

Over three exhibition days, the RDW Computers team introduced customer representatives to its product line, answered dozens of interested questions, participated in the strategic session "Import Substitution as the only strategy for Russia's economic development" and gave interviews to accredited TV channels and publications. This is how our team works professionally, cohesively and with maximum efficiency.

— The state order-2022 was held with the participation of the only Russian manufacturer of computer equipment– RDW Computers, – noted Roman Zhdanov, Sales Director. – Every participant and visitor of the exhibition saw our solutions with their own eyes. I got the information first-hand. The manufacturability of Russian production has become a discovery for many. Our solutions, included in the Unified Register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, aroused the interest of both customers and professional market participants. Now we are working on the received applications and we note a multiple increase in appeals to our company.

In his speech at the strategic session Roman Zhdanov touched upon the most fundamental problems of the radio-electronic industry: the lack of a wide range of standard solutions for domestic controllers; changes in the component base of foreign manufacturers, which may vary from batch to batch; the dependence of domestic developments on the implementation of contract productions abroad; the high cost of the component base of domestic production compared with foreign.

According to the subjective opinion of the RDW Computers team, the business program of the forum-exhibition did not touch the main topic. According to the organizers, it was supposed to be new trends in mechanisms of economic protection from sanctions pressure. During the plenary session, unfortunately, no one asked the suppliers' opinions about working in the sanctioned realities of the market.

The main problems faced by the RDW Computers team, as a Russian manufacturer of products from the register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, are a significant increase in the cost of the component base, the increased cost of credit money and the transition of component suppliers to one hundred percent prepayment. In these conditions, there is no opportunity to develop a Russian IT product that, with the support of the state, could comprehensively replace imported IT products. According to the concluded state contracts, customers have not received tools to change the essential conditions: an increase in cost, changes in delivery dates, replacement of imported sanctioned equipment with Russian, in particular, replacement of Microsoft with Russian analogues.

At the All-Russian Forum-exhibition, it was the RDW Computers team that drew attention to the key problems of Russian vendors. Among them: the possibility of unilateral termination of state contracts by the supplier due to the impossibility of delivery; advance payment of contracts, including those already concluded on post-payment terms; lending at a rate not exceeding 3% per annum; exemption from income tax until December 31, 2024; exemption from tax, currency and other types of state and municipal control for three year.
