The Russian localization of components for the new RDW Computers «Altai» and «Caucasus» servers continues. Thus, the PC protection board and the Riser 1U and Riser 2U expansion boards have already received an opinion from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation confirming the production of devices on the territory of the Russian Federation. This is certified by the acts of expertise of the CCI of the Russian Federation and the conclusions of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, issued for a period of 3 years.

Recall that in the first quarter of 2024, the company plans to launch mass production of two-socket servers "Altai" and "Caucasus" with a 1U and 2U configuration on Intel Xeon Scalable Gen3 processors. The new RDW MBS-C621P server motherboard is responsible for the high data transfer rate. It has already been tested by two trusted Russian operating systems: Astra Linux and two configurations of the RED OS operating system. The company expects to receive compatibility certificates.

"The technological experience of Russian contract productions located in the Leningrad, Tula and Kaluga regions has been invested in the production of the server motherboard and expansion boards, in the quality of SMT and THT installation and in the firmware of the software part of the device," notes Sergey Akopov, Vice President of RDW Technology. At the test stands of RDW Technology's technology partners, an experimental batch of servers successfully passed load and temperature tests. The testing confirmed the optimality of the engineering solution and demonstrated the stable operation of the equipment.

RDW Technology also plans to test the functionality of its new devices on Russian registry virtual solutions Brest and Orion Soft.
