A domestic motherboard for budget PCs running on AMD Ryzen processors.

The motherboard was developed by the company for the AM4 socket of AMD processors and has already been submitted for examination for inclusion in the register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade

The choice for AMD fell not by chance over the past few years, the manufacturer has made a huge technological leap. Ryzen processors of the 200030005000 series were on a par in quality and performance, for example, with classmates from Intel, but remained significantly cheaper. For a line focused primarily on the needs of budget institutions, it was fundamentally important to develop a high-quality and "long-playing" product at an affordable price, and AMD products fit perfectly into the complex being developed.

The B450 chipset was taken as the basis for the development. This set of system logic meets all the requirements for an office worker's workstation, allows you to "overclock" the processor in case higher performance is required. And it supports the installation of modern components and the connection of peripherals, which allow the complex as a whole to remain relevant for a long time.

According to the set of features, the motherboard also meets most of the needs of an ordinary user. Support for DDR4 with the ability to expand the memory capacity up to 128 GB, four SATA 3 connectors with the ability to combine disks into a RAID array, connection of two SSDs, 6 USB connectors (including 4 of them in 3.1 Gen 1 format) with electrostatic protection, the ability to connect up to three monitors. To speed up integration with specific systems, the board has PS2 connectors, supports COM connection (with the possibility, if necessary, to output the connector to the housing). It also allows the installation of a trusted download module, which is fundamentally important, for example, for government organizations or financial structures.

Prototype PCs based on the new motherboard passed internal tests at the end of 2020. In-line production has been established, together with partners, in the Kaliningrad region. Now the first batch of a new line of equipment under the RDW brand, based on the domestic matplate, is being prepared for implementation. And an examination is being conducted on the board itself, according to the results of which the issue of inclusion in the GIS catalog will be considered.
