The growth in the supply of components from China supports the Russian production of computer equipment.

Despite the oppression of sanctions, the domestic manufacturer of computer equipment rejoices at the data of the Chinese customs. And there is a reason: from January to May 2022, the number of shipments of microchips from China to Russia has doubled! Printed circuit boards and other small representatives of the component base are rushing to join the chips. Who are these strong Chinese guys, on whose shoulders the proud Russian manufacturer of computer equipment leans in a difficult moment?

Worthy descendants of the legendary Sun Tzu, whose ancient treatise on the art of war, known as a guide to the development of military and political strategies, came up with an equally sophisticated scheme. The very channel along which the full-flowing river of the component base moves and flows into the Russian production of personal computers is almost impossible to track. The secret of this invulnerable mobility lies in the fact that state-owned companies that are very noticeable on the market have dispersed their supplies among numerous low-key counterparts with a modest turnover. Russian office computer monitors, domestic-made monoblocks and Russian-made system units receive the required component base, and official sources provide depersonalized confirmation of transactions that have already taken place. For the goods, our domestic manufacturer of computer equipment is calculated in yuan. And these calculations cannot be tracked on the balance sheets of overseas banks. This is how it works now in the conditions of an economic blockade.

Today, when the government of the Russian Federation is betting on the revival of electronic engineering, we can expect a powerful influx of ready-made IT solutions into the country, namely materials and components. And they have one addressee - a Russian manufacturer of computer equipment.        

The weakness of the world economy, a steep inflationary rise, a drop in global sales, overstocking, a reduction in orders, a decline in the solvency of the population, a decline in prices - all this destroys the harmonious plans of the monopolists of the global IT market. And let them cry bitterly, counting the losses. We shouldn't console them– a waste of time.

Our efforts and our time are devoted to only one promising direction: the soft replacement of parallel import of IT solutions with our own response to global brands. Because only a local domestic manufacturer of computer equipment knows how to organize both supply channels and centralized delivery of consumables, and to cultivate their own microelectronics of the highest class. It's a pity we didn't do it before. But, apparently, this is the very "magic pendel" that will give acceleration and endow the Russian production of personal computers with the status of a full-fledged and independent IT industry.
