RDW Computers: 94% warranty repairs in 7 days, 13% reduction in requests%

RDW Technologies (the Russian brand RDW Computers) analyzed the work of its own service center for Q1 2026 and compared the dynamics of warranty repairs with the same periods of the previous two years. The analysis showed that during the specified period, up to 94% of malfunctions were eliminated during the first 7 calendar days of service repairs. No excess warranty periods were recorded. The analysis shows an increase in the quality of the brand's products, a high rate of return to customers of equipment that has undergone warranty service, as well as the availability of a strategy for interaction with a number of federal networks of authorized service centers. Sales volumes of RDW Computers products are increasing every year. In Q1 2026, the number of products delivered with a valid warranty on RDW Computers motherboards alone exceeded 66,000 devices. And, if earlier the warranty for the company's equipment was 1 year, then in 2024 and 2025 the warranty periods expanded to 3-5 years.  

"During the operation of the service center, a database of failures of our equipment during operation has been collected. This makes it possible to more accurately diagnose equipment coming into service, significantly shorten the warranty repair time and return it to customers faster," said Alexander Subbotin, Executive Director of RDV Technologies. Our analysis showed that in Q1 2026 (compared to the same periods in 2024 and 2025), we reduced the time spent by equipment in the company's service center and improved the quality of its repair. During the first seven days of warranty repair, 94 percent of the equipment malfunctions are eliminated. During the analyzed period, there were no excess warranty periods. And the indicator of the speed of work under warranty is significantly higher than the market's usual expectations."

Service statistics demonstrate a tendency to improve the quality of products. The number of warranty claims in the segments of client devices and monitors decreased by 13% in Q1 2026. While in the server solutions segment, the dynamics of requests corresponds to the stage of active development of the product line and the operating characteristics of this class of equipment.
