RDW Computers has introduced premium 07 Series monitors with three configurations

Three diagonals, three resolution levels and a single platform: how does RDW Technology respond to the market decline by strengthening its position in the premium segment

Russian computer manufacturer RDW Technologies (RDW Computers brand) has released internal analytics data: in the first quarter of 2026, demand for monitors in the domestic market decreased by 12.3% compared to the same period in 2025. Nevertheless, the company sees potential in strengthening the share of niche high-cost products and does not intend to limit itself to budget models.

A key example of the strategy's implementation was the 07 series line of premium monitors, which embodies the product philosophy of "one concept, three configurations." All devices are built on a single technological platform with its own monitor control board developed in Russia. Three versions are available to the user, differing in diagonal and resolution.

Diagonal and resolution selection

The line is based on three popular screen sizes:

• 23.8 inches;
• 27 inches;
• 31.5 inches.

Three resolution types are offered for each diagonal:

• Full HD (1920×1080) - for everyday and office tasks;
• QHD (2560×1440) The optimal compromise for working with graphics and content.
• UHD 4K (3840×2160) maximum detail for professionals.

Image quality and color reproduction

The 07 series monitors use IPS and VA matrices with a color coverage of 99% of the sRGB color space. This ensures the reference color accuracy required when creating graphic and visual content. The contrast ratio reaches 6000:1, which gives deep black tones and high detail when working with 3D models and drawings.

Additional image Characteristics:

• 10-bit color depth - smooth gradients without stripes;
• brightness from 250 to 400 cd/m (comfortable operation in any light);
• The refresh rate is up to 280 Hz.
• Response time is 1 ms (MPRT) / 5 ms (OD).

Gaming and professional opportunities

The monitors support AMD FreeSync and Nvidia G-Sync Compatible technologies, which makes them suitable for esports and resource-intensive professional applications. To reduce fatigue during long hours of work, Flicker-Free (no backlight flicker) and Low Blue Light (harmful blue spectrum filtering) modes are implemented.

Energy efficiency corresponds to the highest class A++. In operating mode, the device consumes no more than 24 watts.

Switching and additional options

The modular video input panel includes:

• HDMI;
• DisplayPort;
• VGA (for backward compatibility with older hardware);
• Optional USB Type-C with DP Alt Mode support.

A single Type-C cable transmits video, data, and also provides charging for a connected laptop with a power of up to 65 watts (when using a power supply up to 120 Watts, the Power Delivery 3.1 standard is supported). Optionally, a USB hub is available (1×USB-B 3.2 + 4× USB-A 3.2), which turns the monitor into a peripheral control center. Built-in speakers with a power of 2×3 Watts eliminates the need to connect external speakers.

Ergonomics and position adjustment

The monitor can be adapted to any workplace.:

• height adjustment - 140 mm (+5 mm margin);
• the slope is from -5 to +20
• horizontal rotation – ±45°;
• portrait mode - 90 degree rotation.

The VESA 100×100 mount allows you to mount the device on a bracket or wall. A touch screen is available on request for interactive use cases.

Registration status

All models of the premium 07 series are included in the Unified Register of Russian Radioelectronic Products (ERRRP) of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. Registration numbers:

• 10621047 for a diagonal of 23.8"Prime";
• 10621046 for diagonal 27
• 10598974 for a diagonal of 31.5.

The presence of registry entries allows government and corporate customers to purchase monitors under 44-FZ and 223-FZ with confirmed Russian localization.
