A new wave of digitalization of the social sphere.

About two major government initiatives in the field of digitalization of the social sphere - the project "Creation of a single digital contour in healthcare" and the project "Digital Educational Environment". Plans and deadlines for the implementation of these projects, as well as their financial support, are being discussed. A new stage of automation

The state is investing more and more funds in the digitalization of the social sphere. In October 2018, the national project "Healthcare" was launched in Russia. One of its components is the federal project "Creation of a single digital circuit in healthcare based on the Unified State Health Information System (USISZ)». The project implementation dates are January 1, 2019. — December 31, 2024. That is, in four years, all medical organizations in our country, including commercial clinics, will be connected to the EGISZ, which means they will be able to exchange data on the health status of patients. Patients will also have the opportunity to access their electronic medical records through their personal account "My Health" on a Single portal of public services.

Another major project is being implemented in the field of education - a digital educational environment is being created here: modern digital equipment is being introduced, digital services and digital content are being developed. By the end of 2024, almost 20 thousand schools will have updated the material and technical base, 40% of regional schools will have modern computer, multimedia, presentation equipment and software. It is planned to allocate 73.4 billion rubles from the federal budget for this, of which 62.9 billion will be allocated to the regions. About half of the total planned amount (₽35 billion) falls on 2020-2021.

It is obvious that the fulfillment of the tasks will require the acquisition of a significant amount of computer equipment for the organization of data centers, the creation of automated workstations and the connection of peripherals, printers, scanners, MFPs, etc.

What do hospitals buy? 

The analytical agency CNews has studied data on state contracts concluded by regional departments responsible for the informatization of health and education in 2020 and found out what equipment they purchase.

The share of Russian ARM manufacturers accounts for 54%. No less popular brand - RDW Computers, occupies 6% and plans to further develop and increase its share in supplies.
