The supply of registered monoblocks increased by 31.4%.

In the first quarter of 2026, the Russian manufacturer "RDW Technologies" (trademark RDW Computers) recorded an increase in shipments of registered monoblocks by 31.4% compared to the same period in 2025. The data was obtained based on the company's internal analytics. The growth was achieved against the background of the general stagnation of the Russian IT market and a reduction in the total number of applications.

Reasons for the growth: national procurement regime and new registry series

On January 1, 2026, the updated version of the contractual system mechanisms came into force. The new rules tighten control over compliance with the national regime in public procurement, strengthen responsibility for false information about the origin of goods and expand the grounds for changing contracts. The availability of products in the Unified Register of Russian Radioelectronic Products (ERRRP) of the Ministry of Industry and Trade has become a critical requirement for admission to tenders. At the time of the reporting period, RDV Technologies had more than 760 registry entries covering the entire product line. In February 2026, the registry was expanded with new series of Bering and Olkhon client solutions. Both series include monoblocks, which allowed the company to quickly offer additional registry items to the market.

Characteristics and target use cases

The Bering and Olkhon monoblocks are aimed at government agencies, educational organizations, and medical centers. The devices are different:

  • confirmed Russian localization (register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade);
  • compatibility with domestic operating systems (Astra Linux, "Red OS", "Basalt PDF");
  • low power consumption and thoughtful ergonomics;
  • the possibility of placement in computer classrooms, doctors' offices, digital workplaces.

Service support and development plans

Thanks to the partnership of RDW Technologies with four federal service networks, warranty service of RDW Computers monoblocks is available in more than 250 cities of Russia.

The company plans for 2026 to further increase production and supply of registry products, as well as expand its portfolio of solutions with a focus on the Russian electronic component base.

Why is this important for customers

For government and corporate customers working under 44-FZ and 223-FZ, the presence of RDW Computers monoblocks in the register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade removes the risks of rejecting applications. The equipment is ready for use as part of secure IT infrastructures and is compatible with current versions of Russian system software.
