RDW Computers on the results of the Altai Regional IT Forum

The XV Altai Regional IT Forum was held in the Altai Territory from September 15 to 16.

The venue of the IT forum was the State Philharmonic of the Altai Territory. The historical building of the Philharmonic has always been the center of the cultural life of Altai. And it is very symbolic that it is within these walls that cultural traditions during the days of the IT forum are closely intertwined with the digital appearance of modernity.

Russian software developers and companies specializing in information security were represented in the expo zone of the IT forum. But as such, there were no manufacturers other than the manufacturer of the Russian ecosystem of corporate printing KATYUSHA and the Russian manufacturer of computer equipment and server equipment RDW Technology.

The RDW Technology team brought to the forum a fighting spirit, a desire to cooperate and part of the product line. We shared with the participants of the IT forum our own practice of import substitution and demonstrated to representatives of the government of the Altai Territory and all interested government customers the work of devices of the RDW Computers brand. Our decisions were not only in the spirit of the proposed circumstances, but also in the logic of life itself.

In the section "Import-independence technologies", a report was made "In our way: between IT-truth and PR-delusion" and a story about the experience of import substitution.What do I want to say? Firstly, it was terribly responsible, but also terribly useful. Of course, our goal was to present RDW Technology to the Altai Territory and tell in human language about what we do, how we do it and why we started all this. Secondly, I wanted to dive into the problems of the Altai IT market in order to understand what our solutions will be effective here and what our steps will allow the company not only to earn, but also to acquire a strong business reputation.

In addition to the exhibition, the RDW Technology team was invited to participate in a meeting of the Altai Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The topic was the implementation of import dependence in various sectors of the economy of the Altai Territory. During the discussion, many openly commercial and surprisingly strategic proposals were made. For example, it was proposed to start developing a single hardware platform for state authorities. To train, with the support of vendors in secondary specialized and higher educational institutions of the country, those who will become the mainstay of engineering in the future. And the main thing is to stop Russian vendors from drowning each other, and unite to withstand the sanctions storm.

The main goal of RDW Technology in regional IT forums is to introduce numerous players of the Russian IT market to the import-substituting philosophy of our company, demonstrate a certified product line to our potential customers and tell about the advantages of partnership with us.

Business activity RDW Technology gives each of us a sense of involvement in the technological development of our country. In regional exhibitions and forums, the participants of the annual IT forums were looking for clear answers to momentary unsolvable questions. After all, import substitution is not about state support and not even about technological superiority. This is about our path in microelectronics. About our professional readiness. About the development of our production. About Russian ingenuity, patriotism and love for the Motherland.
