RDW Technology – sponsor of the All-Russian children's football tournament "Eduard Streltsov Cup"

From May 30 to June 2, the Metallurg Stadium hosted a children's football tournament, the Eduard Streltsov Cup, for children born in 2015. The tournament was organized by the Foundation for the Development of Youth Football «Pass into the Future», relying on the Mayor of Moscow and FC Torpedo Moscow ».

Two words about Streltsov. Streltsov is the brightest player of the Moscow Torpedo, the champion of the USSR and the 1956 Olympic Games. And behind each of the well-deserved titles is Streltsov's devotion to the captivating game and understanding of its deep philosophy.

For four days, the event announced the surroundings of the Moscow Metallurg stadium with thudding blows on the ball, frantic screams of fans and guiding shouts from the coaching staff were shown on the football field. One of the thirty-two football teams hoped to win. At first, these games were conceived as a battle of teams exclusively of the Russian football school. However, the participation in the tournament of the pupils of the football academy "Pakhtakor KIDS" from Tashkent (Uzbekistan) brought their status into the international orbit.
