Design Engineer

• Participation in the discussion of technical specifications for the products being developed
  - discussion of the concept and functionality of the devices being developed;
  - discussion of individual points of the technical specifications.
• Development of 3Dmodels of parts and assemblies.
  - development of 3D models of parts (PC elements, housing parts, fasteners);
  - development of 3D models of assembly units and finished products;
• Development of drawings of parts and assembly units
  - development of drawings of parts according to the ESCD;
  - development of assembly drawings and specifications according to the ESCD;
  - development of the CD required for product certification;
• Placing orders for the purchase and manufacture of parts for the manufacture of experimental batches of developed products
  - placing orders for the manufacture of experimental batches of parts;
  - placing orders for the purchase of components for experimental batches of products;
• Participation in the pilot assembly of the developed components
  - pilot assembly of components and products;
  - assembly control at the manufacturing stage of the pilot batch;
  - completion (if necessary) of parts and mounted units.
• Participation in the development of tooling for assembly, inspection of components and finished products.
  - participation in the development of tooling for testing and verification of assemblies and finished products;
  - participation in the development of tooling for assembly of assemblies and finished products.

• Knowledge of the basics of designing REA and devices at a high level, backed up by practical skills in developing 3D models and CD.
• Knowledge of REA production technology.
• Knowledge of ESCD requirements and relevant standards related to CD development
