Job responsibilities:

  • Preparation of documentation and files for production and contractors providing installation and assembly services;
  • Processing incoming data from developers in PCAD, Altium Designer, Allegro format, etc. Formation of Gerber-, BOM and other files for the manufacture of printed circuit boards, stencils, mounting;
  • Preparation of technical documents for certification;
  • Development of a CD for certification under the guidance of experts;
  • Development of instructions and techniques for firmware and hardware verification;
  • Development of instructions for m/s firmware and device flashing;
  • Development of instructions for adjustment, testing and verification of components and finished products;
  • Participation in the development of equipment for testing and verification of components and finished products;

Requirements:

  • Professional knowledge and skills:
  • Knowledge of CAD development of electrical circuits and printed circuit boards
  • Knowledge of the ESCD
  • Knowledge of REA production technology and processes
  • Knowledge of file formats for PCB production
  • The ability to develop assembly drawings and specifications, prepare files for production,
  • develop methods and instructions for verification and firmware
  • Higher education, preferably RES design and technology
  • Work experience in the relevant position for at least 3 years
  • English - reading technical literature with a dictionary
  • PC ownership: CAD computer-aided design of printed circuit boards such as PCAD, Altium Designer, OrCAD, Allegro PCB Designer, Compass 3D drawing development, AutoCAD, programs for working with Gerber and CAM files, such as CAM350, etc.
  • Business/Personal qualities: Attentiveness, accuracy, independence, responsibility.
