Job responsibilities:
- Preparation of documentation and files for production and contractors providing installation and assembly services.
- processing incoming data from developers in the format of P CAD, Altium Designer, Allegro, etc. Formation of Gerber-, BOM and other files for the manufacture of printed circuit boards, stencils, mounting. - Preparation of technical documents for certification.
- development of a CD for certification under the guidance of experts. - Development of instructions and techniques for firmware chips and equipment testing.
- development of instructions for m/s firmware and device flashing.
- development of instructions for adjustment, testing and verification of components and finished products.
- participation in the development of equipment for testing and verification of components and finished products.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of CAD development of electrical circuits and printed circuit boards
- Knowledge of the ESCD. Knowledge of REA production technology and processes
- Knowledge of file formats for the production of printed circuit boards
- Ability to develop assembly drawings and specifications, prepare files for production, develop methods and instructions for testing and firmware.
