Job responsibilities:

  • Participation in the discussion of technical specifications for the products being developed:
    - discussion of the concept and functionality of the devices being developed.
    - discussion of individual items of the TOR.
  • Development of electrical circuits:
    - development of basic electrical circuits of the devices being developed, their components and assemblies.
    - development of lists of elements for components and components of products.
    - development of electrical connection diagrams of the devices being developed.
    - development of other electrical circuits.
  • Development of printed circuit boards:
    - tracing of printed circuit boards of nodes.
    - preparation of files for placing orders in production.
    - preparation of data for assembly drawings and specifications.
    - checking assembly drawings and specifications.
  • Placement of applications for the purchase of components for the manufacture of experimental batches of developed products:
    - placing orders for the manufacture of experimental batches of printed circuit boards;
    - placing orders for the purchase of components for experimental batches of printed circuit boards.
  • Participation in the installation of the developed nodes:
    - preparation of tasks for installation;
    - installation control at the production stage of the pilot batch;
    - modification (if necessary) of the mounted units.
  • Development of internal software of microcontrollers included in the developed circuits and boards:
    - development and debugging of internal software of microcontrollers for the developed nodes.
  • Participation in the development of instructions and techniques for firmware of microcircuits, testing and verification of equipment:
    - development of instructions for firmware of m/s and flashing of devices under development;
    - development of instructions for adjustment, testing and verification of developed components and finished products;
    - participation in the development of equipment for testing and verification of components and finished products.

Requirements:

  • Higher education.
  • Knowledge of digital and analog circuitry;
  • Ability to design devices based on Atmel AVR, STM8, STM32 and similar microcontrollers;
  • Knowledge of the device, circuitry and basic interfaces of personal computers;
  • Knowledge of the circuitry of modern monitors and computer peripherals;
  • Ability to write programs for these and similar microcontrollers;
  • The ability to understand someone else's code;
  • Knowledge of RS-232, RS-485, USB, HDMI, DVI, DP, Ethernet interfaces and protocols used with these interfaces;
  • Knowledge of CAD such as PCAD, Altium Designer;
  • Ability to develop circuits and trace boards in specified environments;
  • Knowledge of REA production technology;
  • Understanding the process of setting up and testing equipment, the ability to write instructions on programming, configuration and testing.
  • Possession of a PC (CAD computer-aided design of printed circuit boards such as PCAD, Altium Designer, OrCAD, Allegro PCB Designer, development of drawings Compass 3D, AutoCAD, programs for working with Gerber and CAM files, such as CAM350, etc.
  • Environments for writing software for microcontrollers such as IAR, Keil, etc.).
  • Knowledge of English at the level of reading technical documentation;
  • Attentiveness, accuracy, independence, responsibility.
